A viral message falsely claimed that PM Narendra Modi announced free laptops to two crore people.

Several social media users shared the message on Facebook and Twitter with the same claim.
Fill in the form or enter your details and you will get Laptop, Tv etc . Sounds good? Yeah obviously it sounds good but its way too good to be true. But all of them are fake.
There's a link modi-laptop.sarkaari-yojana.in/# that claims to distribute free laptops. It has a photo of an open laptop and Modi on its screen. On bigger fonts it is stated, "Pradhanmantri muft laptop vitaran Yojana 2019". Below that , on a slightly lower font, it claims to extend this facility to two crore youths of the country. It also has a 'Make in India' lion logo .
True or False Claim?
This is totally a fake news as the person who was running the fake website has been arrested from Nagaur city in Rajasthan by Team of cyber crime unit on 3 June 2019.
The person is identified as Rakesh Jangid who disclosed that he had created the website to earn advertising revenue from increased website traffic. He was also aiming to capture personal data of millions of citizens.
Before falling into these types of traps one should check whether the website is secure (https ) or not (http). If website is not secure then there is a chance of our data being stolen.
So, whenever you come accross these type of message Stop sharing them and keep yourselves safe.
NO SUCH SCHEME IS THERE.
